Commercial logistics,
coordinated with
clarity.
L.A.T. aligns the commercial route, delivery basis, shipment documents and communication between the parties before material execution. Appointed carriers, inspectors, insurers and port operators remain responsible for their operational scope.

Verified offer → coordinated delivery
One shipment. Several accountable parties.
Our role is to keep the commercial agreement, documents and communication aligned without presenting L.A.T. as the vessel operator, carrier, warehouse or cargo owner.
The Incoterm is part of the commercial structure.
For each offer, the applicable Incoterms® 2020 rule is paired with a named port or place. Final obligations always follow the signed transaction documents.
Named port of shipment
Seller-side obligations extend through loading on board at the named port. Freight and downstream responsibilities are then allocated according to the signed basis.
Sea / inland waterwayFreight + minimum insurance
The seller arranges freight and the minimum insurance cover required by the rule to the named destination port, while risk transfer follows the applicable Incoterm and contract.
Sea / inland waterwayMultimodal alternative
For containerized or multimodal structures, FCA may be more appropriate than a sea-only basis. The exact delivery point must be named in the commercial documentation.
Transaction-specificL.A.T. does not publish a universal freight promise. Port, basis, insurance, route, carrier and timing are confirmed against the actual opportunity and provider availability.

The cargo moves when the document trail is coherent.
The exact package depends on the product, contract, banking review, origin, destination and regulatory requirements. The goal is a consistent transaction file — not a decorative checklist.
Commercial milestones stay visible from route to handover.
Each step is confirmed against the actual supplier, buyer, provider and signed delivery structure.
Route & Incoterm
Named ports, delivery rule, volume and indicative timing are aligned.
Carrier & inspection
Relevant operating parties and communication channels are identified.
Documents checked
Required commercial and shipment records are tracked before key milestones.
Shipment milestone
Operational status is communicated without replacing the appointed carrier or operator.
Final document flow
Available final documents are coordinated with the parties according to the transaction.

Brazil is the initial corridor, not the limit.
The same coordination framework can be applied to other qualified routes when product, counterparties, delivery basis, documents and service-provider availability are aligned for the specific opportunity.
Share the route and commercial basis. We will structure the next step.
