01

Direct principal contractThe core sale agreement remains between seller and buyer.

02

Separate agency remunerationL.A.T. remuneration follows the applicable agency agreement.

L.A.T.
Commercial coordination layerSourcing · checks · negotiation · documents · logistics

The physical goods and principal payment route follow the transaction structure agreed by the seller and buyer. L.A.T. coordinates the process without presenting itself as the manufacturer, vessel operator or owner of the goods.

WHAT WE COORDINATE

A detailed process designed to build confidence

International buyers need more than a product name. They need to understand who is involved, which documents are expected and how the transaction moves from requirement to shipment.

01

Commercial requirement

Product, quantity, destination, target timing and requested commercial basis are structured from the RFQ.

02

Counterparty checks

Supplier and buyer information is reviewed before the transaction reaches material execution.

03

Product documentation

Specifications, COA, SDS/MSDS and other applicable records are coordinated for the confirmed product and deal.

04

Logistics & shipment

Named ports, agreed Incoterms® basis, inspection communication and shipping-document flow are coordinated transaction by transaction.

OPERATING STANDARDCompliance before execution

Before material execution, the transaction framework is built around counterparty identity, beneficial ownership, banking route, product, origin, applicable restrictions and supporting documentation.
